12 Week Update - Before and After Pictures.

10:00:00

First of all, a huge Happy Easter to everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your chocolate eggs and Easter Roasts! So as you all probably know by now, because I have not shut up going on about it on my Twitter and Snapchat channels, I have been on the biggest mission to get into shape. And if you didn't know it all started in January when I weighed myself and was unhappy with how much I weighed and how my body looked with and without clothing on. So I decided it was time to get my diet on, get my gym  on and get the body I wanted! Well the time has come to update you all with my 12 week progress. I am extremely nervous about publishing these pictures. I've got a ton of butterflies in my tummy and I genuinely feel sick. I've never had nerves like this but I am very happy with my progress in just 12 short weeks so please be nice. I've kicked my own butt every single day in the gym, pushing myself further and harder, I've cut out all junk and processed foods and I am strictly eating clean, chicken, green veggies & sweet potatoes. I've had one bad "sweet tooth" moment and I instantly regretted it.

So without any further hesitation here is my before and after pictures!

I still have a long way to go until I reach my target body goal, (I don't have a target weight goal because muscle weighs more than fat) I have a hell of a lot more crunches and cardio to do in the gym if I'm ever going to get there. But, I am extremely pleased with my progress and results up to now. It's been a tough 3 months with a lot of wobbles, a couple of hunger tantrums and some almost set backs but I've kept at it, I've stuck at it and I've achieved what I initially set out to do. Hey who knows, maybe by summer I'll be rocking my bikini with a six pack! A girl can definitely dream.

In writing this post I am hoping to inspire anyone and everyone who wants to lose weight, I'm also hoping to do a few at home exercise posts in the next few weeks/months to help all those who don't have the confidence to workout in a gym or around other people. If this is something you would like to see, give me a little tweet or leave a comment down below and tell me what you would like to see the most. In the meantime, stay healthy, stay happy and keep smiling!

  1. Wow!!
You look amazing and I think you proved that with determination and hard work you can get the body you want :)
Also, I love the fact that you have a body goal instead of a weight goal.. When I tried (and failed) to loose some weight last year I was all about the scales and got really down if I put on 1lb.. So I'll have to ditch the scales this time round :)
Anywho, you look amazing and from the looks of it you'll reach your goal in no time x

    1. Yeah I find having a body goal i stead of a weight goal has helped me a lot. Especially considering that muscle weighs more than fat does anyway.

I'm honestly so pleased with my results in 12 weeks! Hopefully by summer I'll be at my body goal x

  2. Well done, that's a really big difference! I think it's important to have a body goal and not a weight goal as weight also fluctuates during the day. I bet you'll achieve the six pack before this summer. xx

  5. You look absolutely amazing! Not having a goal weight but having a goal body is a really positive way of looking at it - that way you're not constantly worrying about numbers. Weight fluctuates depending on the time of the month and stuff like that as well, so weighing doesn't always seem to be a positive goal, but it seems like you have it all worked out. You go, girl πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’ž
